2 Registered Nurses for IVF Medical Practice
DESCRIPTION
IVF Nurse: Qualified RN needed to work in clinical area with physician and manage in vitro fetilization cycles under physician supervision, facilitate daily monitoring appointments for patients reviewing bloodwork and ultrasounds, provide patient education for all fertility treatments and triages patient phone calls.
Should possess 2 years of clinical experience, preferably in an IVF or OB/GYN practice. Must be highly motivated and have the ability to follow physician orders precisely, as well as think independently. Must have good communication and interpersonal skills, which instills patient confidence regarding treatment.
Hours: Monday-Friday 8:00-4:30pm, with Weekend and Holiday rotation.
Donor Egg Program Nurse: Qualified RN needed to work in the Clinical Egg Donation Program. Responsibilities include performing thorough and efficient evaluation of potential donors to assess suitability of participation in the donor program, perform telephone interviews of potential donors, scheduling necessary donor screening, performing venipuncture, review clinical history, reports and documents lab results, coordinates donors' appointments and assists RN in cycle coordination and match process. Meets with donors at time of daily monitoring appointments and places calls to donors with medication protocols.
Must comply with all ASRM guidelines and FDA procedures.
REQUIREMENTS
Both RN's must be:
Graduates of an accredited school of nursing.
Possess current Georgia State Registered Nurse License.
Possess current CPR Certification.
Have 2 Years prior clinical experience, preferably in an IVF or OB/GYN practice.
Must be willing to work rotating weekends/holidays.
